This is a whole chicken with the breast bone taken our from it, so it can be easily carved after cooking. Lay out flat in the oven for about 45-50 minutes on 180 degrees or 20 minutes each side on a medium/high heat on the BBQ. Marinated in a herb, garlic, parsley and sprig of rosemary.
This item is cryovaced for your convenience, it will last 2 weeks in your fridge. Ideal for 3-4 serves.
